RF/Microwave Engineer (Job Code RFE03)
Design state-of-the-art circuits and synthesizers for wireless transceivers in the DC to 50 GHz range, with emphasis on high performance, small size, and low power. Participate in all aspects of product design, from concept to system-
,
circuit-, and PC board-level design, through successful volume production. BSEE required. Compensation commensurate with experience. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U. S. citizenship required.
All positions are located in DRT's Germantown, MD facility.
